You can use your own notebook as a journal OR print this journal booklet  (*Livy draws in a sketchbook) to fill in as you go.  

Writing prompt:

Have you ever ‘heard’ thoughts in your head? They could have been positive or negative. How did these thoughts affect you? If you haven't experienced this, imagine how it might feel. Share your thoughts on how these voices can either help or hurt.
